Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Inventoman Solutions (“we”, “us”) for using Inventoman AIOS at inventomansolutions.com. By signing in, starting a trial or paying, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use it
AIOS is for businesses. You must be 18 or older and have authority to sign up the business. If you add staff, you are responsible for what they do in the app and for removing their access when they leave.
2. The service
AIOS helps you track stock, record sales at the till, receive alerts and read inventory insights. The features you get depend on your plan. We may improve or change features over time.
3. Sign-up and approval
New sign-ups are reviewed and approved by us. We may decline or close an account that does not meet these terms. Keep your sign-in private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
4. Free trial
New businesses get a free trial of 30 days, which we may extend. During the trial, AI insights have a daily limit that resets each day. When a trial or paid period ends you have 7 more days of normal use. After that your account becomes read-only: you can still see and export your data, but you cannot record stock or sales until you subscribe.

Plans are billed in advance for the months you choose. You can pay by M-PESA till, bank transfer, card or cash. Your plan is activated once we have confirmed your payment, and each payment is recorded with its M-PESA code or reference. Changes between plans are priced by the rules shown when you change. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before changing the price of your plan.
You pay for the period you have chosen. We do not refund part-used periods, but if you were charged in error, contact us and we will put it right.
6. Your data
Your business data stays yours. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service. We do not sell it. You can export it at any time, and what we do with it is explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Using the service properly
You agree not to break the law, try to reach another business’s data, interfere with the service, copy or reverse-engineer it, or use automated scripts to overload it or the AI features. We may suspend an account that does these things or that is not paid.
8. Figures and AI insights
AIOS works with the information you and your staff enter, so its figures are only as accurate as that information. Alerts, expiry warnings and suggested order quantities are aids to your judgement. AI insights explain figures calculated by our rules; they are suggestions, not professional advice, and they can be wrong. You remain responsible for your stock, pricing, tax and safety decisions, including checking expiry dates on the shelf.
9. Offline selling
If the internet drops, the till can keep selling from a saved stock list and sends the sales when the connection returns. Stock figures shown offline may be out of date, and an offline sale that is larger than the stock we had on record is still recorded and flagged for you to review. You are responsible for keeping the device, not clearing its browser data before sales have synced, and signing out on shared devices.
10. Availability
We work to keep AIOS running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. It may be interrupted by maintenance or by problems with internet, power or our providers.
11. Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost sales, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop using AIOS at any time. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or breach of these terms. When an account closes, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by message before it takes effect. Continuing to use AIOS after that means you accept the new terms.
14. Law and contact
